What We Do

How we help

How we help

How we help

We plant trees at home and in Kenya to mitigate the effects of global warming, to provide food and fiber for African Villagers and to document songs that were traditionally sung when seeds were planted.

Our Team

How we help

How we help

We are a team who believes in the importance of trees because they absorb carbon and release oxygen. We appreciate trees for the food, fiber, shade, beauty and ecosystems they provide.

Why Singing Tree?

Trees are ancient and wise beings who teach us and sing to us if we listen. There is an old myth that states the original tree of life lives in Africa and had originally been in the keeping of a feminine presence. The equivalent of a religious temple, prophets and seers consulted this tree in times of trouble for guidance. This tree is known as "The Singing Tree."
